In total, four youngsters have the potential to earn an overall rating of 90, those are Tottenham's Dele Alli and Manchester United forward Anthony Martial along with Bundesliga stars Renato Sanches and Ousmane Dembélé.
And as for Premier Youngsters, who may with strong potential are Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma and Manchester City wonderkids Leroy Sané, Raheem Sterling and striker Kelechi Iheanacho.
